Vanessa Perroncel Sets Record Straight

It is likely that most of us would never have heard of 34 year old French lingerie model Vanessa Perroncel had it not been for those rumours that she had an affair with footballer John Terry.

However many will be aware that these allegations caused a huge degree of upset, with John Terry losing his England captaincy and Wayne Bridge – with whom Perroncel was in a relationship at the time of the alleged affair – pulling out of England’s World Cup squad altogether.

Yet despite all of that Perroncel has been keen to deny that anything actually happened with star player Terry, always insisting that they were nothing more than good friends.

The media, however, have not been quick to believe her insistence that she is innocent and so in true lingerie model style she has now used a swimwear photo shoot with lad’s mag FHM to supposedly set the record straight.

In the interview that accompanies the rather seductive pictures, Perroncel denies the allegations that she accepted money from Terry to keep their relationship a secret, insisting that she is not a gold-digger.

The mother of one also claims that the allegations are ‘horrid’ and states that ‘not one word that was written about [her] was true’.
