Rosie Huntington-Whiteley named as Official Replacement for Megan Fox
We recently reported that the stunning Megan Fox had left the Transformers franchise that made her a household name, leaving the producers to rapidly find a suitable replacement.
Whether or not you would agree that Fox’s only significant contribution to the films was her looks rather than her acting abilities, producers still faced a tough task in finding a young woman gorgeous enough to replace Miss Fox.
There was much Hollywood speculation floating around as to who would get the role, with many predicting that English model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley would step in as Fox’s successor.
Well it would appear that those predictions were correct, as the Victoria’s Secret model and English Rose has now officially been named as Fox’s replacement.
Apparently Michael Bay – the films’ director – always favoured Rosie as he had worked with her on a number of adverts for Victoria’s Secret, who actually made a short video to congratulate Rosie on her new role.
But despite looking the part the pressure is now on for Rosie, who up until now, has had no acting experience at all. Filming is already well underway on Transformers 3, so she has very little time to learn her lines and cram in some vital acting classes.
