Peaches poses for Miss Ultimo
Celebrity wild child and daughter of the famously outspoken Sir Bob, by the age of 20 Peaches Geldof had already posed once as the face of Miss Ultimo (Ultimo‘s younger, quirkier and generally more frivolous sister) and she must have done a good job as she has just been revealed as the face of their new Spring and Summer 2010 collection.
The new collection has been named the ‘Carousel Collection’ and Peaches rather appropriately posed in the underwear against a backdrop of bumper cars and traditional fairground carousel horses. The underwear itself has been described by Michelle Mone – creator of Ultimo – as ‘fun, fresh and fashion-forward’ and it’s fair to say she’s not wrong.
Compromising fun and frivolous styles with names such as ‘Lippy’, ‘Fizz Bomb’, ‘Pop Art’ and ‘Patchwork Daisy’, this colourful and seemingly well crafted range is set to be well received.
Peaches herself stated that she is ‘loving working with Miss Ultimo‘ and described their new collection as ‘flirty and fun, yet comfortable and it fits perfectly’. She was also keen to point out that the Carousel Collection is her favourite of Miss Ultimo’s collections to date.
