A good fit from Freya
As much as we might find the experience embarrassing or awkward, every bra-wearing woman knows that being fitted for a bra is a crucial part of buying underwear that is well fitting, comfortable and supportive.
Whilst you might be under the impression that a little bit of trial and error is a perfectly adequate way of finding out your bra size, the truth is that you are highly unlikely to discover your actual size this way.
Without question the only good way of finding your bra size is to fight your fear of embarrassment and get yourself measured. Measuring someone’s bra size can actually be rather tricky and that is why there are women out there who are specially trained for the job.
To encourage us ladies to get ourselves fitted, lingerie brand Freya has just launched an educational campaign called ‘Holy Fit’. To celebrate the launch of this brilliant Freya campaign Freya they’ve alongside designer Laura Lees to create five Freya t-shirts that can be bought or won online.
And as if that wasn’t good enough, all of the proceeds from the Freya t-shirts will go straight to ‘Genesis’ – the only charity in the UK exclusively dedicated to preventing breast cancer.
Freya lingerie is available from a number of online retails including Figleaves, BraStop, Debenhams and LingeriePlease.

I went for years without getting measured. My bras were never comfortable no matter what style I bought. So after having my son I finally got over the embarassment and got measured. I can’t believe the difference! No more too tight bras or badly fitted cups. I would highly advise everyone to go in and get measured instead of throwing your money away on badly fitted bras.
The advice I would give to any ‘curvy’ girlie is get measured properly and then try different makes of bra as they all fit slightly differently. Freya is my favourite lingerie brand and I can now buy online or buy in the sales knowing the bra will be a perfect fit.
