English Rose is the new face of Monsoon
Successful Devonshire model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been revealed by Monsoon as the face of its new Spring/Summer lingerie collection.
Some of you may recognise the beautiful Rosie from the advertisements in which she appeared for Agent Provocateur and Victoria’s Secret, although it is fair to say that in the Monsoon campaign she is sporting a far less racy look.
This lingerie campaign is the first modelling work Rosie has done for Monsoon, although she follows in the very respectable footsteps of models such as Elizabeth Jagger, Elizabeth Hurley, Jodie Kidd and Helena Christensen, all of whom modelled lingerie for the brand before her.
22 year old Rosie’s delicate beauty perfectly compliments the Monsoon collection that she is wearing in the advertisement shots, as all of the pieces are elegant and feminine, as well as being particularly on trend for this season’s floral, nautical and lacy looks. The range itself is made of up three sub-sections, appropriately named ‘Glamour’, ‘Vintage’ and ‘Folklore’.
Rosie herself claims to have a love of lingerie which makes her job particularly enjoyable, although notes that she also likes receiving lingerie as a gift from the man in her life (Frenchman Olivier Martinez, best known as Kylie’s ex boyfriend).
