Customers Become Bravissimo Models

Bravissimo has taken a leaf out of Brastop book and have decided to let their customers become their models. Bravissimo, offering underwear for D-KK cup women, have opted to use real women for their latest lingerie campaign. Bravissimo launched a contest to find curvy girls to star in their new TV advert with Leela Tikadar (Pictured) as one of the finalists chosen.
Bravissimo, who were called on to fit sports bras for female contestants on ITV’s Dancing on Ice last season, held the competition in an attempt to promote a healthier, more natural frame, joining the war on size zero fashion as Londons Fashion Week drew to a close.
The lucky ladies, Patricia Arteaga, Leela Tikadar, Riann Quinn, Katie Hardy and Jess Edwards range from 21 to 34 and none of which have any previous modelling experience.
Anna Prince, Bravissimo spokesperson said: ‘The Bravissimo campaign promotes healthy body image by showing that real women can look fantastic too.
‘Our customers have told us that they would prefer to see images of real women than of models. The girls we have chosen are beautiful yet attainable.’
